    2020 Companies is partnering with Metro by T-Mobile to hire energetic, driven, and motivated Experiential Market Managers for local events & promotions.


    The Metro by T-Mobile Experiential Market Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking long-term sales & marketing experience and opportunities! As a Market Manager, you will be overseeing a team of Brand Ambassadors who will promote the Metro by T-Mobile current promotions and value propositions at retail locations, events, festivals, and sporting events.


    Additionally, you will…


    • Be the point of contact for Metro by T-Mobile 
    • Manage staff schedule for events
    • Meet with Metro by T-Mobile leadership to develop event plans and recaps
    • Research potential events or areas for Metro by T-Mobile 
    • Capture key metrics for each event
    • Load/Unload event assets
    • Organize and keep inventory of Metro by T-Mobile storage units
    • Train Brand Ambassadors as needed
    • Manage Brand Ambassador: hours, training, communication, etc..
    • Recruit local talent
    • Travel to event via personal transportation or company van
    • Promote Metro by T-Mobile plans and services
    • Set-up/tear down of event booths
    • Perform guerilla marketing

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supervise team members
    • Professionally resolve customer complaints; escalate as appropriate
    • Accurately submit work schedules to Manager for approval
    • Assist team members with closing sales
    • Ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures
    • Accurately track inventory receipt and count as appropriate
    • Review time sheets for accuracy
    • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
    • Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggests products
    • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

    Performance Measurements:

    • Achieve posted store activation goal
    • Meet established monthly/weekly personal sales quota/goals
    • Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints


    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
    • Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance
    • Proven record of successful management/leadership
    • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
