    We are seeking a driven and collaborative Social Media expert who has advanced written and verbal communication skills.


    Your Role as a Social Media Manager is to:

    • Manage social mediums to drive awareness, leads, traffic, and engagement.
    • Plan, develop, present, deploy content.
    • Maintain a monthly content calendar to collaborate plans based on client needs.
    • Compile and deliver social listening feedback and influencer insights.
    • Adopt new technologies and social platforms and interact directly with audiences.
    • Track and report results/metrics of social media activities for assessment of effectiveness
    • Understand and execute advertising strategies based on current platform algorithms.
    • Be extremely creative and resourceful, however also organized and strategic.


    We are Looking for Someone Who:

    • Has a bachelors degree in a related field.
    • Has at least 3 years social media management experience.
    • Can effectively advocate for current, as well as up-and-coming social trends.
    • Enjoys a dynamic environment.
    • Understands the dynamics of  teamwork and corporate environment.
    • Has impeccable integrity and the ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Direct and manage sourcing team for optimal results
    • Responsible for the recruitment marketing ecosystem, utilizing its multiple components to drive the attraction strategy and minimize cost of hire
    • Review and creation of Job Board Descriptions to increase exposure and relevance
    • Recruiting digital marketing vendor relations; integrations to ROI
    • Collaborate with external partners to plan, manage, coordinate and execute various social media and digital sourcing strategies
    • Review new technology and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing (email marketing, social media marketing, remarketing, etc.)
    • Serve as liaison between subject matter experts to respond to comments, feedback and questions posted on social media
    • Requisition and posting audits
    • Continuous, and new, sourcing partner training
    • Reputation and Community Relations management
    • Identify, interpret and capitalize on social media trends and content strategy
    • Develop a SEO strategy that encompasses hiring strategy through key word and job seeker research
    • Requisition creation as needed
    • Creative design as needed
    • Execute ad-hoc assignments as assigned


    • Bachelor Degree in a related field
    • Previous marketing, sourcing and social media management experience
    • Experience in customer service
    • Experience in data gathering and analysis
    • Strong writer, technical and creative, with social or digital marketing communications experience
    • Strong Time Management Experience
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
