    Duties and Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Meet or exceed daily performance expectations/goals of 250 calls/day
    • Contact client’s customers to ensure 20/20 Sales Representatives are professional, courteous and ethical
    • Accurately track, produce, and submit Excel or online reporting
    • Continuously offer and ensure superb customer service
    • Maintain knowledge of products, services and dispositions
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

    Performance Measurements:

    • Make at least 250 outbound calls daily and speak with 25% of customers contacts
    • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on a daily basis
    • Provide daily call analysis

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
    • 1 – 2 years of  customer service experience
    • Ability to act in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organization and deductive reasoning skills
    • Basic working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
