    The Field Sales Manager will sell, train, and evangelize Samsung Electronics products and brands in the country's most well-known retailers.  Our goal is to ensure the retail associates have the latest and most relevant product information at their fingertips when they are selling and demonstrating Samsung Electronics products.  Our teams visit retail stores in their territory on a rotating and systematic weekly schedule to ensure a consistent message is delivered in a timely manner.  Get ready, you are about to be at the center of the action as the latest and greatest tech toys hit the market!

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for managing and supporting territory of retailers' needs through in-store training, side-by-side selling events, and merchandising of the Samsung mobile product line
    • Drive results (i.e. Increase market share, hip share, and heart share) within assigned retail locations by aligning in-store activities with the business objectives of Sales Management.
    • Educate Retail Sales Associates and Sales Management by facilitating device and services training on Samsung's unique selling points, competitive advantages, and active promotions to ultimately improve Samsung device sales and the consumer's experience in store
    • Build strong networks by positively engaging retail employees within an assigned territory, while also enhancing the retailer's relationship with the Samsung brand
    • Leverage key relationships in assigned stores to maximize sell-through of Samsung products, Samsung recommendation rates, and brand advocacy of Retail Store Associates
    • Excite Retail Sales Associate and Sales Managers with dynamic hands-on product demonstrations and drive training certifications on Samsung's training platform
    • Empower Retail Sales Associates and Sales Managers using "Skill Drills" and "Teach Backs" to leave a lasting impression regarding Samsung's competitive advantages
    • Ensure all Samsung displays meet merchandising brand standards, including the integrity of displays by troubleshooting, device resets, and managing POP placement
    • Create market intelligence reports by actively collecting and reporting competitive intelligence
    • Strategically plan store visit cadence and in-store activities over the course of a quarter to drive the best results in assigned territory
    • Manage incentive resources and budgets to gain the highest ROI on spent dollars
    • Meet and exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


    • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum one-year experience in retail sales in consumer electronics
    • Must be available for nights, weekdays, weekends, and holiday work
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of Management
    • Ability to perform independently in an unstructured environment
    • Proven ability to cultivate innovation within a team environment
    • Access to reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license and insurance
    • Ability to travel locally up to 80%
    • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
    • Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time*
    • Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds*
