The Program Manager will play an integral role in the leadership of our Sales Representatives and development of external strategic partnerships.  As a Program Manager, you will be a dynamic individual with prior sales, vendor management, operation and client services experience, and will effectively hire, train, coach, and provide performance feedback for your employees.  Your ability to cultivate and nurture relationships is key to the success of 2020.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the direct contact for the client and ensure program and client needs are being met
  • Coordinate activities of the field management to meet and/or exceed regions' goals and objectives
  • Responsible for identifying and ensuring resources necessary to meet/exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Responsible for communicating and managing region-level Travel and Expense budget(s)
  • Motivate, direct and coordinate activities of the management to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients on national and region levels to align 2020 and client goals
  • Effectively coach/mentor team members and ensure proper training of management techniques, products, policies, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Administer and document all counseling and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, while following established procedures
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Meet established weekly/monthly productivity goals/quota
  • Maintain proper headcount in all areas
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on candidate submission, field activity/objectives, and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • 5-8 years sales experience required
  • 3-5 years retail and sales management experience required
  • Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience required
  • Exercise operational excellence and a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve
  • Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
